COVID-19 Testing & Treatment available at ALL Zip Clinic Urgent Care Clinics!
Zip Clinic Urgent Care is participating in the CARES Act! With this Act, we are able to provide COVID Testing to all who want or need to be tested.
Over the past several weeks we have increased our capacity to provide COVID-19 testing to anyone who wants or needs to be tested.
*Testing criteria may change over time as public health needs related to COVID-19 changes. As supplies last. Those patients under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Seek medical attention immediately if you experience severe shortness of breath, continuous pain, or pressure in the chest or persistent fever greater than 102°F. If at any time you feel like you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.
How much is it to be tested?
We are providing COVID-19 testing to our patients by participating in the CARES Act! The CARES Act Federal program only covers noninsured individuals. If you have insurance, it is required for us to file your insurance and collect patient responsibility until your insurance claim is processed.

Please Note: If you received a bill for your test, please contact your insurance billing department.
Self-Pay: For those who do not have insurance, the CARES Act covers testing.

Do you have to have symptoms?
No! We are testing everyone who wants to be tested (as long as we have supplies to do so)! Whether you are symptomatic or do not have symptoms, we can test you!
Patient Visit Protocol:
To be seen at any Zip Clinic Urgent Care clinic please reserve an appointment and complete the online registration. Upon arrival at the clinic, please check-in at the front desk or reply to the text we sent you that you are here! Patients will then wait in their vehicle until our staff directs them with additional instructions. If you have any concerns or questions, please call in advance so that appropriate precautions may be taken.
What to expect after your visit:
Please self-quarantine and continue to wear a face mask in public. You will be contacted by one of our team members with your results. We are currently experiencing a 3-5 day turn around with results!
